Booking & Cancellation Terms
These terms apply to all customer bookings at El Karim. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and pleasant service experience for everyone.
1. Bookings & Confirmations
Bookings can be made via phone, email, or web form. We always confirm bookings in writing. Once confirmed, the booking is binding for both parties.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is made on-site via cash or card. Larger group bookings can be settled via advance invoicing by prior agreement.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (under 24h) incur a 50% fee; no-shows incur a 100% fee.
4. Group Bookings
Bookings for over 10 people should be confirmed in writing. Changes to headcounts must be made 7 days prior. Standard duration is 2.5 hours.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers agree to follow restaurant rules. The customer is responsible for their property and any damage caused by members of their group.
6. Force Majeure
The restaurant reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in extreme cases like natural disasters or fire.
7. Complaints
Complaints should be raised immediately on-site. Follow-up feedback can be sent to info@elkarim.fi.
